Description

Starlight sky is an extremely interesting form of decorative lighting.

  The effect presented in the pictures is created with the use of endlight optic fibre and also with the proper light generators. 

   The flexibility of the optic fibres as well as its accurately adjusted length and amount enables free arrangement of the stars on the ceiling.

  Accessories such as endings and optic fibre crystals additionally enhance the light effect.

Application

   Starlight Sky can be used in practically in  any given location, for example: homes, restaurants, or any public places of entertainment, etc.

The only condition for installation of Starlight Sky is preparation of the suspended ceiling or a wall on which the stars will be fixed.

Starlight sky is perfectly suitable for:

Assembly

Starlight Sky can be fixed in a plasterboard, wood or stretch ceiling.

   Fitting Starlight Sky is exceptionally easy but might be time-consuming. What we aim at is to maximise your time and energy.

What makes us different to our competitorsis that in our kit, along with the basic components (optic fibres and light source) we provide clients with:

·         Drills of a diameter corresponding to the diameter of the optic fibres used to create the Starlight Sky

·         Appropriate quick-drying glue which makes assembly much easier

·         SPECIAL BONUS: crystal endings for the optic fibre, which give the additional light effect of curiously distorting the light

(for example, for 100 star light spots we provide 10 crystal endings!!)

Assemby manual

The assembly process can be conducted by one person.

 It is advisable to previously mark on the ceiling the places in which you want to fix the stars. Then drill the holes and pull through them the free ends of the optic fibres from the ceiling side.

  At this stage of assembly there is no need to connect the bunch of fibres to the LED generator. The optic fibre from the ceiling side then needs to be applied with a drop of glue from the kit. The sticking out endings need to be cut as near as is possible to the ceiling or alternatively, leave the endings hanging at 10-20mm (depending on the effect you wish to achieve) . 

   In places in which you want to place the crystals found in the kit, the optic fibre has to be longer and cut to the proper length in order for the crystals not to touch the ceiling after being fixed to it.  

 The light generator should be located in an easily accessible place.

At the stage of planned purchase of the Starlight Skyyou should decide about:   

- on what size (in square metres) surface you want to have the Starlight Sky installed

-how many stars  there should be per 1m² of ceiling (average is 30-50 stars per sq/m)

- what light effect you wish to achieve (whether it is a sole optic fibre or with proper endings enhancing the lighting effect)

- to which colour/colours the stars will change
